A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a law firm based in Hertfordshire who are currently recruiting for a Newly Qualified or experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their successful and growing property team.

This position will handle a variety of Residential and Commercial transactions from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
-Manage refinancing transactions (not essential)
-Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents
-Communicate with clients, estate agents, and third parties
-Handle the exchange of contracts and completion processes
-Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulation
-Offer legal advice on property-related issues

Requirements:
-A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a conveyancing role before qualification
-Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
-Ability to manage a varied caseload of transactions with minimal supervision
