Business Development Manager
Field-Based (Leicester)
Up to £25,000 + Company Car & Commission (OTE £35,000-£50,000)
Elevation Recruitment is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join a well-established family-run business in the Waste sector. As part of a dynamic sales team, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth across Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and other lead generation methods
*Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by managing your own sales pipeline
*Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments
*Utilise CRM system to track and manage leads effectively
*Support the Sales Manager and collaborate with colleagues on various sales-related tasks
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven sales experience, ideally within the Waste Management sector
*A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in contracted services
*Resilient attitude and ability to handle objection
*Confident using online platforms and social media for prospecting
*Excellent communication skills, confident, and persistence
*Team player with a positive and ambitious "can do" attitude
*Self-motivated and determined to go the extra mile to build long-lasting client relationships
*Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (preferred)
*Full UK driving license
