Social Media Manager
Portsmouth, hybrid 3 days in office.
£35K-£45K
My client is looking to expand its marketing function with its first social media hire. You’ll join a team of ambitious marketers who are looking to grow brand awareness and new audiences through digital marketing strategies. My client is a nationwide leader in waste management. You’ll work across consumer, trade, b2b, and sustainability initiatives.
The Role:
·Lead, plan and deliver impactful social media content across core social media platforms ie. Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
·Work with business partners to come up with engaging content.
·Identify customers, and new target audiences to reach.
·Create and manage influencer marketing strategy.
·Analyse success of posts and report back, making informed suggestions of how to improve.
·Launch and test strategies across current and new social media platforms, if you see fit.
The Person:
·At least 4 years experience managing social media accounts within brand or agency setting.
·Creative with a results driven mindset.
·Proven ability to grow social media presence and engagement.
·Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
*Rates depend on experience and client requirements
