Job Description:
Role Overview:
This position provides marketing and administrative support to help plan and deliver member engagement and marketing activities, aimed at enhancing member satisfaction, increasing new member acquisition, and promoting services and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
*Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials across both digital and print formats for various departments.
*Write, edit, and compile content for marketing materials.
*Contribute to the development of new marketing collateral.
*Support the execution and evaluation of marketing and communication campaigns, including email marketing, digital and social media outreach, print advertising, and promotional brochures.
*Maintain and update relevant sections of the organisation’s website, ensuring all content is current and accurate.
*Regularly review and refresh promotional materials to ensure they align with brand guidelines.
*Act as a brand ambassador, working with teams to ensure all materials adhere to the established brand identity.
*Assist with the analysis of marketing performance and competitor activities.
*Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication of marketing initiatives.
*Manage the inventory of promotional materials and ensure appropriate stock levels.
Membership Engagement and Administrative Support:
*Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support the Marketing and Digital team.
*Help organise and administer member committees and related meetings as required.
*Provide general marketing and administrative support, including managing literature, merchandise stock, and overseeing customer support channels.
Other Responsibilities:
*Gain a thorough understanding of the organisation’s membership base and their key concerns.
*Prepare papers and take minutes for committee meetings when needed.
*Respond to member and customer inquiries promptly and professionally, via email, phone, and online platforms.
*Represent the organisation at conferences, career fairs, seminars, and other external events, both in person and virtually, as required.
*Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
