orge Talent is currently working with a great business who are private equity backed and specialise within the FinTech Industry. They have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join their team. Working hours are Monday - Friday with 2 days working from home .
This is a great opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2-3 years in a finance background who is looking to get more hands on experience with a high growth business

Role :
Working across a small team, reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for all Transactional Duties to help the wider finance team:
- Maintenance of AP and AR Ledger s
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations - Prepayments / Accruals / Journals etc
- Multiple Bank Reconciliations
- Preparation of Cashflow Forecasts
- Finance Reporting
Profile:
- Minimum of 2-3 years working in a Finance Background
- Studying or AAT Qual would be beneficial
- Strong communicator and team player
- Must want a progressive career within Accounts
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Package
