Description
*Supporting compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
*Assisting with regulatory reports and compliance documentation
*Take control of the "take on" and risk assessment processes for the firms portfolio of clients
*Collaborating with different departments to ensure compliance standards are met
*Participating in the development of company-wide compliance education
*Conducting compliance audits and making recommendations for improvements
*Keeping up-to-date with regulatory developments within the professional services industry
Profile
A successful Graduate Compliance Analyst should have:
*A degree in Law, Business, Finance or a related field
*An interest of industry legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices
*Strong analytical and organisational skills
*The ability to interpret and implement complex regulatory requirements
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
