Zachary Daniels are partnering with a distinguished luxury fine jewellery company renowned for creating exquisite High Jewellery pieces that blend timeless artistry and craftsmanship. Our commitment to quality and innovation has positioned us as a leader in the industry. We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Workshop Manager to relocate to the Midlands and lead our exceptional team.
Role Overview:
The Jewellery Workshop Manager will oversee workshop operations, applying their extensive expertise in High Jewellery and Goldsmithing. This role demands strong leadership and the ability to maintain our brand’s high standards, while ensuring seamless and efficient production. Experience with CAD is desirable for supporting design processes.
Key Responsibilities:
*High Jewellery Expertise: Utilize over 7 years of goldsmithing experience, particularly in High Jewellery, with advanced techniques such as micro pavé, complex stone setting, and bespoke finishing
*Relocation Commitment: Relocate to the Midlands area and integrate into the local team, managing day-to-day workshop activities.
*Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of highly skilled artisans, promoting excellence and teamwork.
*Production Oversight:Coordinate the workshop schedule, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to luxury quality standards
*Quality Assurance:Conduct detailed inspections of High Jewellery pieces, maintaining the highest level of precision and artistry
*CAD Skills:Leverage or oversee CAD software to bridge design and production, facilitating complex projects.
*Process Improvement: Introduce and refine efficient processes for optimal production and sustainability.
*Safety Compliance:Uphold a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Inventory Management: Oversee the supply of precious metals and gemstones to maintain continuous production flow.
Requirements:
*Extensive Goldsmith Experience:Minimum of 7 years as a goldsmith, with a strong background in High Jewellery.
*Technical Proficiency:Mastery in various advanced techniques essential for crafting intricate luxury pieces.
*CAD Experience:Experience with CAD software is advantageous for supporting design and production integration.
*Leadership Skills:Proven record of managing and developing a team.
*Detail-Oriented:Exceptional focus on detail, ensuring every piece meets the highest standards.
*Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication for coordinating with designers, suppliers, and clients.
*Willingness to Relocate:Prepared to move to the Midlands Area to fulfil this role.
