Search are seeking a proactive and hands-on Yard Manager to oversee yard operations and deliver exceptional customer service for our client. If you have a strong understanding of health and safety and enjoy working as part of a team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and Manage Operations: Ensure the yard operates efficiently and safely, making improvements where necessary.
* Customer Interaction: Deal effectively with members of the public and customers.
* Hands-On Role: Be prepared for heavy lifting and physical tasks as part of the daily responsibilities.
* Conduct Stock Checks: Regularly check inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
* Identify Stock Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies when stock is returned.
* Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
