Client;
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Public Sector Organisation in the North West to recruit a Finance Transormation Lead on an initial interim contract for 6 months. The role will be paying £550 - £650 a day and can be purely homeworking.
Duties include;
*Overseeing the monthly monitoring of the financial performance, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard within the agreed timescales
*Providing interpretation of the monthly data and action plans for correction of variances and achievement of plan
*Producing and presenting financial reports to senior management
*Responsible for budgets and savings efficiency
*Overseeing business cases and financial models 
*The day-to-day line management for a team including, briefings, staff appraisals, training, delegation and overseeing the finance team
The ideal candidate;
*Experience of working in busy finance teams
*Adaptable to financial systems
*Familiar with Microsoft Excel
