Job Description:
Reed Financial services are pleased to be representing a Chartered Financial Planner firm based in Newton Abbott. Due to growth and demand they seek an additional IFA Support administrator to join their team.

Main purpose:
To provide administrative support to the financial advisers and Directors.
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Provide general admin support to include:
• Preparing documents including client agreements, letters of authority and other documents.
• Dealing with letters, emails and phone calls.
Managing and maintaining confidential client information to include:
• Opening client files on Office 365 and Intelligent Office.
• Inputting information onto client records.
• Dealing with queries and gathering financial and client information.
• Responsible for new business processing, review preparation and processing in a timely and efficient manner.
Gathering and processing provider information to include:
• Illustration and product quotations and other documents such as Key Features and fund factsheets
• Dealing with any queries with providers – allocating simple queries to admin, dealing with more complex queries as required
• Completing relevant applications forms and new business checklist including checking any AML information.
• Gathering information and putting together client review packs
General responsibilities
• Follow company procedures, for example, in relation to data security and client confidentiality.
• Communicate with clients professionally and politely.
• Dealing with tasks for the advisers, allocating to administrators as relevant to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Supervising the day-to-day activities and delegating work to administrators to deliver admin and business production objectives.
Skills and experience required
• Working in a financial services environment for at least 2 years - ideally providing IFA admin support
• Emails and letter writing experience
• Accurate input of info onto client records
• Use of systems such as Office, Intelligent Office back office system
