Job Description:
SEN / SEND / SEMH Teacher required to work in KIdderminster with keystage 2 to 4 with an immediate start
The succesful candiate well be working alongside two Teaching assistants to aid support in a class of 6 pupils .

Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized support for pupils across various learning pathways. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that each pupil’s learning needs are met in alignment with their EHCP goals, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver personalized learning support tailored to the needs of individual students across their curriculum pathways.
*Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create and implement effective learning plans based on each student’s unique strengths and areas for development.
*Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods and support as needed.
*Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student independence, engagement, and growth.
*Contribute to the development and review of each pupil’s EHCP, ensuring all areas for development are addressed.
*Support the transition of pupils between pathways, ensuring a smooth and supportive process.
*Communicate regularly with parents, carers, and external agencies to support the holistic development of each student.
*Participate in training and professional development to enhance your knowledge and skills in special educational needs and teaching strategies.
Skills and Experience Required:
*A QTS or equivellant well be essential
*Experience working with students with special educational needs, particularly in the context of individualized learning.
*A deep understanding of the EHCP process and how to support students in meeting their individual goals.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
*Patience, empathy, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of students .
