Job Title: Valuer (Estate Agency)
Locations: Nuneaton
Basic:£25,000 - OTE £35,000 - £40,000+ (uncapped)
Hours: Mon-Fri9am-17:30pm +
Weekends: Every other Saturday 9am-12:30pm

A minimum of 1 year’s experience in Valuations is required.
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Valuer, to join a long-established, well respected, award winning Estate Agent in Nuneaton.

Responsibilities for this Sales Valuer role will include:
*Conducting valuations
*Selling Professional Photography
*Putting properties on and updating the CRM system
*Creating write-ups
*Creation of system to follow up on previous valuations
Skills & Experience for this Sales Valuer role:
*12+ months Estate Agency experience required
*Presentable & confident when meeting new clients
*Confident in front of a camera to record property videos
*Creating new leads
*Ability to identify opportunities for Conveyancing & Mortgage referrals
