Our client is a leading manufacturer of prefabricated façade, wall and roof systems. With a strong commitment to sustainability and excellence, they are an established and trusted name in the industry.
To support growth, they are looking for a CAD Technician / Technical Engineer to join their UK team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Perform static calculations for sandwich elements.
*Provide technical support assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
*Preparation of technical drawings as per project requirements.
*Visit client sites to provide on-site technical support and training.
*Conduct training sessions and create support documentation for customers.
*Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
*Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
*Degree in civil engineering or a related field.
*Proven experience in technical support, design, or a similar role.
*Advanced skills in CAD software.
*Proficiency in MS Office.
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Valid driving license.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
*Experience with Revit, ArchiCAD, or other 3D software.
*Knowledge of SandStat.
*Experience in the sandwich panels / modular building industry.
