Key responsibilities:
*Handle inbound calls and emails from customers with empathy and professionalism.
*Provide accurate and timely responses to customer enquiries.
*A focus on optimising supporter retention and engagement.
*Log all customer interactions in the system for future reference.
*Work closely with colleagues to resolve any customer issues that arise.
*Provide feedback to management on customer needs and trends.
*Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
*Uphold the values and mission of the organisation in all interactions.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Agent should have:
*Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role, ideally within fundraising.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to think on their feet.
*Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
*Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
