We are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to join our Accounting & Finance department in our organisation based near Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The ideal candidate will oversee all payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.

Description
*Oversee the processing of payroll for all employees on a regular basis.
*Ensure accuracy of payroll data and adherence to legal compliance.
*Manage all payroll-related queries and resolve any issues promptly.
*Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all payroll data is up to date.
*Perform regular audits to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
*Prepare and deliver payroll reports to relevant departments.
*Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
*Develop and implement efficient payroll processes and policies.
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
*A solid understanding of payroll operations and laws.
*Experience in a managerial role within the Accounting & Finance sector.
*Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
Job Offer
*A competitive daily salary in the range of £172 to £215 per day GBP.
*Office Based 5 Days PW.
*Parking On-site.
