If you are, then we have a great role for you at our clients Letchworth office as a Senior Audit Manager. You can join a talented group of individuals, in a growing department, offering a great external audit service to a range of clients in the SME sector.
What does the job entail?

*You will work alongside the Head of Audit to run the department, delivering high quality audits to our clients in the SME sector
*You will be supported by the wider audit team to deliver the onsite work
*You will build relationships with the clients so that you are the "go-to" person and will manage their expectations, their audit, and our team to deliver a high quality audit.
*You will be developing the team and be a role model
*You will be completing file reviews on a range of audit clients, utilising your existing technical knowledge and experience whilst developing your skills still further and ensuring quality standards are met in the department
*You will also be identifying and delivering added value services to the clients to help them prosper
*You will win new work and convert leads to help the department prosper
What about you?

*You must have senior manager experience in a medium sized practice working SME’s
*You’ll be ACA or ACCA qualified
*You’ll have strong technical knowledge, eg UK GAAP, FRS102, IFRS and ISA’s
*You’ll be RI qualified or will have obtained RI status within 12 months
*You’ll love developing relationships
*You’ll be tech-savvy, knowledge of CCH would be great
*You’ll have a pro-active approach to tasks whether they are big or small
*You’ll be motivated by a fast paced environment
