Job Description:
Wilson Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established logistics company based in Lutterworth. With over 35 years of industry experience and a reputation for excellence, this family-run business is growing its Vehicle Maintenance Unit (VMU) team. Managing a fleet of over 80 vehicles and 200 trailers, they are now expanding their operations to include third-party work.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance of HGVs and trailers to DVSA standards.
Prepare vehicles and trailers for MOT inspections.
Diagnose and repair faults using specialised diagnostic equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and uphold health and safety standards.
Finalise paperwork and upload inspections electronically via R2C.
Requirements
Possession of Level 3/NVQ Technician qualification or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience working with HGVs, trailers, or vans.
A valid driving license (HGV license preferred but not essential).
