Technical Support Engineer - Process Simulation - Remote (German Speaking)
A global, highly renowned process simulation business are growing and as a result, are looking for someone with a chemical/process engineering background and expertise to join them within a Technical Support role; focusing on their German customers.
This is a German speaking role, on a remote basis where you be a part of a small, remote first & distributed team to assist them with related customers and troubleshooting/solving software, hardware, and engineering problems encountered by their customers via call, video, email etc. As well as this, you would also support the Pre-Sales team by demonstrating their software to customers with specific customer examples and update/maintain documentation as required.
Skills and experience required:
* Academic and commercial background in Chemical and/or Process Engineering

* Excellent communication skills; both in English and German

* Experience in building, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex flowsheet
simulations

* Use of Simulation Software, such as Aspen Plus, Chemcad or similar

* Ability to work remotely within a European Country
