Job Description:
Audit & Accounts Manager Overview: LHH is excited to partner with a highly regarded independent firm based in Manchester, with multiple office locations. They are looking for a skilled and motivated Audit & Accounts Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities: *Managing audit and accounting assignments in accordance with current legislation and compliance requirements, overseeing audits from planning to completion for a diverse client portfolio.
*Delegating tasks and mentoring team members to support their professional growth and development.
*Reviewing and finalising statutory accounts.
*Collaborating closely with clients to establish and maintain trusted relationships.
*Presenting work to Partners with confidence, ensuring files are completed to a high standard.
Requirements: *ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
*Several years practice experience.
*Experience in audit and accounting, with a thorough understanding of current standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
