Description
*Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the director.
*Deal with complex correspondence, providing the Director with high quality draft responses which meet his requirements and have been properly researched.
*Lead responsibility for all of the Director briefings, speeches and correspondence.
*Coordinating with various departments within the organisation.
*Handling confidential information with discretion.
*Organising and managing events and departmental activities.
*Coordinating travel arrangements for directors.
*Ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.
Profile
A successful ’EA to Directors Office’ should have:
*Degree in Business Administration or relevant qualifications
*Experience as an Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant working at a senior level.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
*Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
*Ability to work unsupervised under pressure, and to take the initiative and lead.
*Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
