Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience working within the software industry is highly desirable
Skills:
Relationship Management:
As a successful applicant of this role, it is essential to maintain strong customer relations by being able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills whilst maintaining attention-to-detail through data analysis on consumer feedback.
Leadership Skills:
The ability to lead teams from different departments towards providing solutions aligned with company goals would provide an added advantage required for effective performance delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships between clients’ businesses & their respective audiences/clients
- Identify areas where improvements can be made within existing systems/processes/procedures (e.g., suggest new tools/software)
- Monitor reports/metrics surrounding campaign/performance progress; make recommendations accordingly
Location & Salary Details
This position offers competitive remuneration packages inclusive of £100000 per annum salary along other benefits such as insurance coverages etcetera which come inherent within permanent placement roles.
