An exceptionally organised, commercially minded and business-focused PA /Executive Assistant, with the ability and tenacity to always be two steps ahead and strategically manage problems to ensure a positive outcome, is sought to join a rapidly successful startup advisory house specialising in luxury hospitality.
You will be supporting the founder directly and will work closely with an existing team of 3 (1 x Senior Associate and 2 x Junior Researchers).
Suitable candidates will be talented in providing both executive level support and operational administration and will be happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in, assisting with anything and everything that is required.
This role can be office based / hybrid or remote, depending on the successful candidate’s preference and a highly competitive salary and exciting benefits package will be offered.
This role is the perfect opportunity to utilise your inspiring organisational skills, impeccable communication skills (2nd language skills, ideally European, would be advantageous), keen eye for accuracy and detail, entrepreneurial spirit, focused administrative capabilities and good numeracy/data skills. The role will be fast-paced and demanding, providing a rewarding platform f where you will be able to learn, progress and rapidly grow your individual skillset as the company expands.
Key responsibilities as the EA to Founder and team:
*Extensive, proactive diary management
*Email / inbox management
*Meeting coordination
*International travel arrangements
*Client liaison
*Diplomatic gatekeeping
*Production of client documentation and presentations
*Maintaining databases and digital records
*Assistance in project management (managing range of corporate processes including client networking, events, marketing content, PR, social media)
*Managing office space
*Basic HR processes including implementing a range of employee related policies and programmes
*Processing invoices and general accounts
*Liaising with company accountants, lawyers and marketing agencies as required
*General administration
What is required:
*Experience in a fast-paced PA / EA / business support role
*Exceptionally organised with the ability to always be two steps ahead
*Proactive problem solver
*Calm and collected approach with the ability to deal with changing priorities at short notice
*Detail minded with excellent accuracy
*Confident and professional communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
*Good business acumen with an entrepreneurial nature
*Competent document production and proofreading capabilities
*Strong administration skills
*Good numeracy with the ability to undertake general invoicing and accounts administration
*Experience working in the luxury travel, high-end products, hospitality or executive search sectors is advantageous
*IT literacy with strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
