Job Description:
Our client, a leading global law firm are looking for a Team Assistant to join their team Banking team. WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy role where you’ll have a variety of responsibilities supporting your team and also working alongside other Team Assistants to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Inbox management
*Assisting with monthly billing processes and reporting
*Acting as the first point of contact for clients
*Meeting management and document preparation
*Travel bookings (international and domestic)
*Supporting with opening new matters
*Managing expenses and timesheets
*Arranging catering when needed
WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for candidates with previous Team Assistant experience within professional services, who is a team player and who can effectively build relationships across the wider business. As the role is supporting on a broad variety of tasks, the role requires someone who is able to be flexible and both proactive and reactive in their approach!
Essential requirements:
*1+ years previous administration assistant or team assistant experience in a professional services environment
*Strong communication skills, written and verbal
*A positive attitude
*Flexible and adaptable in your working style
*Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
