Description
*Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior team members.
*Managing and organising schedules and appointments.
*Coordinating meetings, events, and conferences as required.
*Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
*Handling correspondence and communications.
*Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
*Dealing with enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
*Liaising with other departments and external organisations as necessary.
Profile
The successful PA should have:
*A strong educational background with proven administrative abilities.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
*The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
*A proactive and flexible approach to work.
*The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Offer
*An annual salary range of £30,000 to £35,000, depending on skills and experience.
