Sales Order Processor
Salary up to £26,000 per annum with annual Christmas bonus

Acorn by Synergie is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to join their clients team in Woore. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the smooth processing of customer orders from start to finish, delivering excellent service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
*Accurately process customer orders using internal systems.
*Liaise with customers to confirm order details and resolve queries.
*Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, logistics) to ensure timely delivery.
*Maintain up-to-date records of orders and customer information.
*Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
*Ensure all processes comply with company policies and standards.
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in sales order processing or a similar administrative role.
*Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
