Job Description:
Cedar are recruiting a Business Development Manager for an exciting and growing technology business in the gaming sector. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role offers an attractive salary package plus bonus and commission as well as offering hybrid working.
The key responsibilities/duties are: -
*Contribute to and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
*Leverage your network within the gaming industry to establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
*Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate untapped segments
*Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts and reports to the executive team, including establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and drive revenue performance.
*Lead contract negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
*Leverage strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company’s market position and drive revenue growth.
*Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform service improvements and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have a solid network within the AAA gaming community and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, have a minimum of 2 years experience, have industry knowledge in QA and Localization services. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
