Job Description:
Premier Work Support are recruting for a permanent General Adminstrator for their client, who are a London based Glaziers and Aluminium Manufacturers serving the entire UK.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Undertake a variety of bookkeeping responsibilities and general accounts
*Keeping accounts up to date
*Chasing customer for payments
*Reports/statements
*Communicating at all stages with colleagues and clients where necessary
*Processes payments and documents such as invoices, and employee reimbursements.
*Bank & Credit Card reconciliations
*Monitoring customer accounts: debt management & credit control
*Processing financial transactions, completing monthly reconciliations, and resolving incomplete records
*Assisting with monthly reporting and year end accounts
*Working with the Sales Manager on general admin and processes
The Candidate:
*Accounting background
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel
*Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ideal but not essential
*Experience of other accounting software’s such as SAGE 50 is essential
*Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
*Analytical thinker and problem solver
*Friendly and confident telephone manner
Hours of work are: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
You will have free onsite parking and there may be some flexibility with the working hours
