Employee Relations Specialist - Victoria, London
Salary - £65,000
Hybrid working - 12 month FTC
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and other HR processes, while supporting team members in effectively handling these tasks.
*Provide coaching and advice to group heads, team leaders, and managers on employee relations issues and policies.
*Collaborate with the Director of People & Development to lead employee relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation and alignment with business objectives.
