My client a well-known group of companies that distributes palletised goods is seeking a professionally experienced HGV Class 2 driver to deliver / collect goods from commercial premises across SE London and locally (DA postcodes)
The role would also involve vehicle checks before and after delivery, check load against consignments, make sure all is safe and off you go.
You would be expected to deliver 10 -15 drops per day (dependant on run)
Use a pump truck to unload goods at client’s delivery
The position is based on a 10 hour day (typically 0800 - 18.00) Monday to Friday and required to work Saturdays (1 in 4) paid at time and a half
If you come back to depot before your day is finished, you may be required to go out on a second run (locally) 
Communication is key, preparation of routing and load positioning which is essential to an effective workload without disruptions.
To qualify you would need to have no more than 3 penalty points on your licence, a valid Class 2/ HGV 2 (CAT C) EU / UK licence
At least 2 years professional Class 2 multi drop driving.
Excellent route knowledge of London and Kent
Salary up to 39K (£750 a week) plus overtime for working Saturdays once a month (or more if agreed)
