The Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will support our client’s Finance function and contribute to key financial activities that drive their operations and strategy.
You will oversee essential tasks such as managing transactional processes, maintaining financial records, raising sales invoices, posting purchase invoices, managing the general ledger and conducting regular balance sheet reconciliations.
Supporting month-end processes, you will perform reconciliations and analytical reviews and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Additionally, you will:
- Partner with teams to improve financial processes and implement system upgrades
- Handle sensitive financial data in compliance with the company’s data protection policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights
About You
To be considered as a Financial Analyst, you will need:
- To be AAT qualified or seeking to study a further accounting qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- An excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A higher education qualification at either A-Level or degree level
Our client is happy to take someone on as an apprentice to lead to an ACCA qualification. They are ideally looking for someone with work experience in finance.
