My client is seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential conveyancing, including leasehold and post-completion tasks. Day-to-day of the role: *Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing from start to finish.
*Manage caseloads involving leasehold transactions.
*Assist with post-completion tasks including registration and dealing with any requisitions.
*Prepare and draft legal documents related to residential property transactions.
*Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
*Conduct legal research and provide support on conveyancing matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
*Strong knowledge of leasehold transactions and post-completion processes.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
