An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Private Client Lawyer to join a reputable legal practice at their office in Hove. The firm has been recognised as a top 50 Law Firm by the Financial Times and are seeking a Legal Executive/Solicitor.
Areas of focus will include:
*Wills drafting
*Probate administration
*Court of Protection / LPA
*Tax planning and advice
*Trust set up and administration
Duties will include:
*Independently managing own varied caseload of private client matters.
*Responsibility for providing high quality, timely, professional advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Work and Trusts.
*Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.
*Proactively networking and marketing within the team to generate new business and reputation.
*Attending clients in their own environment as required.
*Maintaining good billings records within the team.
Desired skills:
*Fee earning experience essential within Private Client with at least 3 years PQE +.
*Estate planning and contentious probate experience considered an advantage.
*Proven track record of meeting targets.
*Be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
*Have strong interpersonal skills.
*Business development and networking skills.
What they offer:
*Salary depending on experience £30,000 - £55,000
