A well-established law firm in Kent are seeking an experienced part time Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their team.
The firm are flexible but are looking for someone to work between 3 -4 days per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can manage their own caseload to work within an expanding team.
Duties will include:
*Managing your own caseload, providing clear and concise advice
*Working on complex transactions
*Attending to clients of the firm
*Drafting a wide range of legal documentation such as Contracts, Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Shareholder Agreements
*Making amendments to Articles of Association
*Preparing Board Minutes and all Companies House forms, ensuring filing of all statutory documents
*Active involvement within business development
Desired Skills and Experience:
*Corporate Commercial fee earning experience essential 3 years PQE+
*Have very high level of technical competence
*Marketing and business development skills
*Proven track record of meeting targets
*Have strong interpersonal skills
*Sound legal knowledge within the processes
