Our client is looking for a experienced Private Client Solicitors/Legal Executives to join their busy teams in both their Lymington and New Milton offices. This is an excellent opportunity to join this expanding team.
Areas of focus will include:
*Wills drafting
*Probate administration
*Court of Protection / LPA
*Tax planning and advice
*Trust set up and administration
Duties will include:
*Independently managing own varied caseload of private client matters.
*Responsibility for providing high quality, timely, professional advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
*Must be able to manage simple Trusts.
*Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.
*Proactively networking and marketing within the team to generate new business and reputation.
*Attending clients in their own environment as required.
*Responsibility for mentoring and assisting more junior team members.
*Maintaining good billings records within the team.
Desired skills:
*Fee earning experience essential within Private Client with at least 4 years PQE +.
*Proven track record of meeting targets.
*Have strong interpersonal skills.
*STEP is desirable but not essential.
*Business development and networking skills.

*Salary depending on experience £40K - £70K.
