Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join a leading property services provider. This role is based in Salford but includes travel to other offices, making access to a vehicle and a driver’s license essential.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Support and advise managers on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management, as well as organisational change (TUPE, restructures).
*Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently and identify any required changes.
*Work closely with business units on recruitment plans, talent management, and succession planning.
*Partner with managers to develop and maintain good working relationships with Trade Union Partners.
*Provide a pragmatic, accurate, and comprehensive day-to-day Human Resources service and deliver key business projects within the People Team, supporting the delivery of corporate objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (CIPD Level 7 is desirable).
*Strong employee relations and TUPE experience, along with excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practices.
*A strong team player with a highly organised and methodical approach.
*Ability to coordinate, manage, and balance multiple projects and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
*Experience within a similar fast-paced industry and the ability to build and maintain good relationships with managers, employees, and Trade Unions.
*A valid driving license and the use of a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
