Job Opportunity: Commercial Agency Surveyor (Graduate to Senior Surveyor)
Location: Loughborough
Job Role
We are seeking an efficient, proactive, and highly organized individual to join our Commercial Team. The successful candidate will assist and lead on property lettings and sales, as well as engage in Landlord and Tenant work for our commercial clients.
This role offers a varied and rewarding workload in a dynamic and award-winning agency team, under the direct guidance of our Commercial Director. The position focuses on industrial property disposals and acquisitions, alongside exciting opportunities across a wide variety of property sectors.

What we need from you:
* RICS qualification with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in the commercial property sector (desirable).
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Proven experience in lettings, sales, and industrial property knowledge is advantageous.
* A deep understanding of property laws, regulations, and market trends.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
* IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and property-specific software.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with acute attention to detail.
* Full, clean driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle agency inquiries from clients and applicants.
* Organise and conduct property viewings.
* Negotiate lettings, sales, and prepare relevant documentation (e.g., Heads of Terms).
* Conduct market appraisals to win new business.
* Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering checks.
* Prepare marketing materials such as property particulars and floor plans.
* Manage property listings, advertising, and liaise with other professionals.
* Oversee transactions from negotiation to legal completion.
* Support the Commercial Director with various projects.
