Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for Cable Assembler on behalf of our client based in Great Dunmow on a temporary to permanentbasis.
The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling cables, mixing solutions, other roles and responsibilities.
Roles and responsibilities
*Observe high level of cleanliness.
*Use of hand tools (measure to length, use sider cutters, spanners, Allen keys etc.)
*Detailed repeatable soldering, cutting and stripping cable, handling small components.
*Weighing out and mixing epoxy resin and hardener.
*Ultrasonic cleaning and preparing moulds and components.
*Use of vacuum systems to fill moulds with resin
*Align and glue components.
*Follow detailed inspection procedure looking for: Air bubbles, marks, inclusions, cracks, dents, scratches, cleanliness, & performing electrical insulation & continuity testing.
*On the job training will be provided.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.
In return our client offers a salary of £12.00 per hour.
