Job Description:
Robert Half are delighted to be working with a leading Law firm with offices around the midlands.
The role is ideal for someone with previous experience within Legal Aid to ensure understanding of Accounts rules & Legal Aid.
This role is paying up to £35,000 depending on experience. You will be responsible for Client & office accounts, Creating reports & Billing & Invoicing.
Full responsibilities include -
*Maintain Ledger ensuring compliance of transactions
*Processing receipts
*Weekly & Monthly bank reconciliations
*Financial reporting, bank reconciliations aged debt for management review
*Billing & Invoicing
*Document preparation for internal & external Audits
*Commercial & residential payment reconciliation
*Handling expense claims
*Providing Management information reports
Previous experience with Legal Aid or as a legal cashier is crucial for this role.
