Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: *Coordinate and support the daily operations of a busy depot.
*Prepare vehicles for hire and conduct damage checks during vehicle handovers.
*Liaise with customers to schedule servicing, MOTs, and ensure smooth operations.
*Maintain a tidy and accessible yard, upholding health and safety standards at all times.
*Ensure VOSA compliance and assist in adhering to all legal procedures.
*Flex your multitasking skills—step into the office to manage admin one moment and out into the yard the next to get hands-on with vehicle preparation.
What We’re Looking For: *Self-motivation and adaptability: Ready to take initiative and thrive in varied tasks.
*Excellent communication skills: Whether working with customers or the team, you excel at keeping things clear and professional.
*HGV knowledge (ideal but not essential): A willingness to learn goes a long way!
*Flexibility: You’re just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves in the yard as you are handling office tasks.
