We are actively looking for an Electrical Site Manager to join a private sector housing contractor based in Lincoln on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will receive a company vehicle, 25 days annual leave as well as a bonus scheme.

As the Electrical Site Manager, you will receive:
*£50,000 - £55,000
*Company car or company vehicle
*25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
*Pension contributions
*5% bonus scheme

As the Electrical Site Manager, your responsibilities will be:
*Supervising site operatives
*Travelling to various sites to assess the works of site electricians.
*Attend meetings with clients to update on the program of works.
*Ensuring all sites meet current health and safety regulations and legislation.

Qualifications/experience:
*Social Housing experience
*2391 and 18th edition qualification
*SMSTS
*NICEIC in Solar PV
