Job Description:
Forge Talent is currently working with a fast growing and ambitious Retail business based in Old Trafford. Due to Growth they are looking for a HR Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be working in a standalone HR Manager Position including day to day HR Tasks as well as being heavily involved in the Project and Strategy side of the business.
Working hours are Monday - Friday including 2 days WFH and flexible working hours!
End to End HR Generalist Position, Managing all HR Tasks for around 70 Employees, responsibilities including:
*Recruitment - Internal & External Recruitment Screening CVS, Interviewing, Advertisements as well as Liaising with External Agencies
*Advisory - Responsible for all HR Advisor Tasks including 1-2-1’s, Inductions, Grievances and Disciplinary Meetings
*Payroll - Monthly Payroll (submitting to third party)
*Social Media - Responsible for all Social Media Content including Advertisements / Post for LinkedIn Content
*Onboarding / Offboarding - New Starters Inductions, Packs, Training Reviews as well as Exit Interviews
*Work with Head of HR across Projects and Strategies for the Business
*Ad hoc Tasks

Experience:
*CIPD Level 5 Minimum
*Minimum of 4 years experience working in HR Roles
*Must have HR Generalist & Advisory Experience
*Strong Communication Skills - Approachable, Organised & Self Motivated
*Beneficial to have worked for a SME Business
