You value taking ownership of the full life cycle of projects especially within process automation.
You like the idea of working within a small team where your technical input is valued and you are able to make key decisions in the design process - without having to jump through too many hoops which can slow down the momentum of your projects.
You want to keep your coding skills sharp and have the opportunity to work with a number of PLC platforms including Allen Bradley and Siemens from scratch.
Ensuring you have a work life balance is important to you and having the freedom to manage your own workload.
