An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice at their office in Hove. The firm has been recognised as a top 50 Law Firm by the Financial Times and are seeking a Legal Executive/Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their expanding property team.
Duties will include:
*Managing a mixed caseload.
*Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders.
*Post-completion formalities, including Land Registry registrations.
*Drafting various legal documentation.
*Dealing with complex property matters.
*Active involvement in business development.
The successful candidate will:
*Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4 years of PQE +.
*Ability to manage transactions independently.
*Proven track record of meeting targets.
*Have strong interpersonal skills.
*Business development and networking skills.
What they offer:
*Salary depending on experience £40,000 - £65,000
