*You will provide 1:1 support to a pupil with autism, working closely with the class teacher and other professionals.
*You will implement individualised support plans designed to meet the pupil’s specific needs and encourage their progress.
*You will utilize your knowledge of positive strategies and techniques for supporting autistic students to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
*You will foster a strong and trusting relationship with the pupil, promoting their emotional well-being and academic success.
*You will work proactively and independently, taking initiative to anticipate needs and provide effective support.
*You will be a strong communicator, collaborating closely with the class teacher, other staff, and parents to ensure the pupil’s needs are being met.

Essential Criteria:
*Experience of working with children with autism
