Architecture Compliance Associate | Leading Global Investment Bank | Bournemouth (Hybrid) | £400 per day PAYE

We’re seeking a Process Manager/Business Analyst to join our Infrastructure Platforms team.
This role focuses on managing architecture governance and compliance processes across technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage BAU activities for the Risk & Controls readiness program
*Track and maintain compliance documentation in Confluence and JIRA
*Run regular governance meetings and maintain accurate records
*Support technology development QA processes
*Handle information requests and ensure timely responses
*Produce status reports for senior leadership
Required Skills:
*Experience in application, data, and infrastructure architecture governance
*Knowledge of architecture, design, and business processes
*Experience in process management including optimization
*Strong written and oral communication skills
*Project execution and program management experience
*Experience in risk, compliance and governance management
*Excellent attention to detail
Desirable Skills:
*Good level of education or equivalent experience
*Experience in leading collaborative teams
*Knowledge of TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks
*Understanding of technology architecture and technical processes
*Strong written and spoken English
