Job Description:

Key Duties:
*Lead governance advisory and managed service projects for listed companies, including FTSE 250 clients
*Provide expert advice on UK listing requirements, statutory compliance and governance matters, including IPO support
*Develop service offerings, manage client relationships and mentor junior staff
Key Skills:
*Extensive company secretarial and corporate governance experience
*Expertise in listed company compliance and transactional work
*Strong communication, business development and leadership skills
Hybrid Working:
Enjoy a flexible working model, with three days per week in the London office and remote options available.
