An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm with offices in and around the Berkshire area. They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to the ability to take on an existing varied caseload whilst also undertaking business development.
Duties will include:
*Provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply agreements, distribution agreements, service agreements, and terms & conditions.
*Identify, assess, and manage legal risks for clients, in the context of contractual relationships, commercial transactions, and compliance matters.
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
*Conduct due diligence on commercial contracts within corporate transactions.
*Conduct legal research into relevant laws and regulations.
*Active involvement within business development
Desired Skills and Experience:
*Commercial Solicitor fee earning experience essential 2-6 years PQE.
*Have very high level of technical competence
*Marketing and business development skills
*Proven track record of meeting targets
*Have strong interpersonal skills
*Sound legal knowledge within the processes
