Within this Senior Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for;
*Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services
*Selling process by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time
*Maintaining strong relationships in the market
*Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
*Build, develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the company client base.
*Source candidates from a variety of channels including searching job boards, social media, attending networking events, and candidate referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
*Stay informed on industry news, competitor activities and salary benchmarks to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements for this Senior Recruitment Consultant HGV role;

*A proven track record in recruitment, preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment consultant position.
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Sales Experience
*In-depth understanding of recruitment practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and placing candidates
*Attention to detail and ability to analyse information
*Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential. You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organisation is key
*A drive, tenacity and real customer focus
