? Permanent Opportunity - Lettings & Property Manager! ?
Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Lettings Manager, to join our client’s team based in Durham City Centre. Our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager who is passionate about customer service and driven to lead a successful team. This individual should bring industry experience, management skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to invigorate our client’s Durham office.
Our client is a dynamic and expanding student lettings company with offices across the UK. Their mission is to deliver industry-leading accommodation experiences for both students and landlords. Details and Benefits: * ?? Salary: up to £30,000, depending on experience + bonus
* ?? Location: Fully office-based in Durham City Centre, public parking only and close to public transport links.
* ? Full-time role: Monday to Friday (9:00 - 5:30), plus rotational Saturday hours (10am - 3pm).

Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a successful team of Lettings Consultants.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
* Ensure compliance with lettings regulations and conduct Right to Rent checks.
* Handle communication through phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp.
* Advertise properties, manage inquiries, and conduct viewings.
* Oversee negotiations between landlords and tenants and manage the end-to-end lettings process.
* Track and report team performance and KPIs to the Branch Manager.
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
* Run weekly reports and maintain market knowledge, including HMO licensing.
* Coordinate marketing events with the Marketing Manager.
What We’re Looking For: * Industry experience with a background in team management.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
* A ’get stuck in’ attitude and a flexible approach to challenges.
* Customer service or property management experience (preferred but not essential).
