THE COMPANY
An opportunity at a leading tech/subscriptions business in the Health sector, owning GA4 with huge growth potential to grow in-role. This company offers various health products on a subcription basis and have grown 40% YoY over the last few years, which is forecast to grow exponentially. They’re entering their scale up phase so this is a perfect time to join with a lot of opportunity for impact and career growth.
THE ROLE
As a Web Analyst you’ll own GA4 across the business. This would involve:
*Implementation and GTM within GA4
*Responsibility of building out Looker suites for the business
*Delivering key insights and actionable recommendations to the business
*Setting and measuring key KPI’s for performance across web, digital and marketing analytics
*Communicating up to c-suite level to help leaders understand key drivers of business performance. As a subsciptions business their business model lives and dies by acquisition and retention so these areas are a key focus for them.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Web Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
*Experience with GA4 - open on use-cases however GTM and analytics/insights would all be relevant
*Ideally experience within BigQuery or other SQL-based platforms
*Experience with a visualisation tool, ideally being Looker
*Experience owning digital analytics within a small to medium size business highly preferable
*Exposure to senior/c-suite level desirable but not essential as long as you have strong communication and stakeholder skills
